Garden Crew Member
$18-21/hr       12-36hr/week

Responsibilities:

​

-Install and maintain perennial gardens throughout the Upper Valley: weeding, mulching, planting galore 

-A positive spirit, attention to detail, and willingness to learn on the job

-Maintain focused work ethic in a group as well as individually

-Safely operate various types of hand tools and electric landscaping equipment (training provided)

-Safely lift 40 lbs and operate a full wheelbarrow

-Interact with RG clientele with a friendly and professional attitude

The Electric Lawn Crew Leader
$24-28/hr             36hr/week

Responsibilities:

-Safely drive the crew in a company approved/provided pick up truck with a 10-14' trailer attached

-Safely operate various types of lawnmowers and landscaping equipment

-Use your phone to log and track schedule and performance

-Present oneself and the crew in clean professional attire while demonstrating the highest respect to our clientele, the community, and each other

-Demonstrate leadership derived from experience in landscaping or similar fields and situations

-Be able to work a hard day, safely lift more than 50lbs and perform strenuous and repeated tasks

-Be willing to work alone often for extended periods of time

Gardens Crew Member

Gardens Crew Leader

$24-28/hr             36hr/week

Responsibilities: 

-Safely drive themselves and other crew members in a company truck 

-Safely operate various types of hand tools and electric landscaping equipment

-Use your phone to log and track schedule and performance

-Present oneself and the crew in clean professional attire while demonstrating the highest respect to each other, our clientele, and the community

-Demonstrate leadership derived from experience in landscaping or similar fields and situations.  

-Knowledge of common local perennials and landscaping techniques such as pruning, dividing, mulching, weeding, deadheading, etc. 

-Be willing to work alone for extended periods of time

-Provide phone contact information for at least three character and/or professional references
